It provides up to four years of technical support from Apple-certified technicians using genuine parts, as well as based on the procedures defined by Apple itself.

It covers free technical inspection throughout the duration of the program, as well as free repair or replacement of the device, provided that the damage results from a manufacturing defect and not from intervention by the user himself.

The extended warranty is only valid for iPhone, iPad, Mac & Apple Watch. Only the device with the serial number listed on the signed contract and proof of purchase is covered. Accessories are excluded.

The package must be purchased within the first 12 months from the date of purchase of the device. Only residents of Greece and Cyprus whose devices were purchased in these countries are eligible to purchase, exclusively from iStorm stores.

The extended warranty lasts for 4 years from the date of purchase of the device and not from the date of purchase of the package.

In case of product damage, you must deliver the product to an iStorm store of your choice for repair. You can deliver the device to the nearest iStorm store during the operating hours of the technical department, Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00.

To proceed with a technical inspection or repair, you need to have with you:

– The device to be repaired with the serial number listed in the contract

– The original purchase document

– The signed contract of the warranty extension package

– The original purchase receipt of the warranty extension package

The contract and proof of purchase, both of the device and of iSupport, must be presented in any communication regarding the use of the iSupport support package as well as for a possible repair request.
