1080p at 60Hz or UHD (3840x2160) at 30Hz on:
MacBook Air (2018-2019), MacBook Pro (13", 2016 and newer), MacBook Pro (15", 2016), iMac (21.5" FHD, 2017) and Mac mini (2018 and newer).
It also supports output of video content, such as movies and recorded videos. Simply connect the adapter to a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) port on your Mac or iPad Pro, then to your TV or display using an HDMI cable (sold separately). Use the standard USB port to connect devices, such as flash memory or a camera, or a USB cable to sync and charge your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.
